Lonesome Dove River Inn is located on an off-the-road wooded rise just outside of downtown. This newly renovated four bedroom vacation home overlooks the Blanco River. Two bedrooms have separate entries, gas fireplaces, claw-foot tubs and separate showers, queen beds and double trundle beds. Two bedrooms have king beds, double trundle beds, one with clawfoot tub and separate shower, and one
bathroom is totally ADA compliant. Full kitchen, large common area with cable TV, dining area and gas fireplace. Fix your own meals or ask our certified sous chef to prepare them for you.

A beautifully lit outdoor pavilion with fireplace and barbeque separates this from just another ordinary vacation rental. Ideal for family vacations or reunions and business or group retreats. Less than one minute from the downtown square where you may visit with local artisans and writers, listen to local and well-known musicians at Wimberley’s diverse cafes and restaurants and enjoy wine tasting at nearby vineyards. Romance and massage packages may also be reserved.

Also on this property is the Cliffside Cottage, which is rented separately and is a one bedroom stand alone cottage with a full kitchen, living room/dining combo, a classic Texian front porch, a private bath and sleeps up to four persons.
